I explore how gravity connects our inner and outer worlds

I have a PhD in psychology and continue to research mental health and wellbeing from a range of perspectives including perception, emotion, embodiment, consciousness and social determinants.

On the back of my PhD research, I have begun translating core principles of embodied cognition into practical tools and information to help people build down-to-earth mental fitness.

I co-founded a national mental health promotion charity dedicated to the prevention of conditions like depression and anxiety. I am going solo with Mental Gravity as an extension of this earlier work.
Mental Gravity is a mental fitness app built on emerging research into the relationship between gravity, the body and emotional experience. It helps people recognise whether they feel grounded, off balance, weighed down or ready to move – then guides them through practical exercises that support steadiness, balance and wellbeing.
